All prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for an alternative prizes.
All online ticket purchases will have a hard copy ticket written out and added to the raffle drum. The tickets have the name and time of purchase on the ticket making it easy for us to identify everyone and the lucky winner will be contacted by email.
The organisers of this draw reserves the right to amend the raffle end date at any time.
The organisers decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The closing date for the raffle is 23:59 hrs on the 01/05/2022
The first prize will be awarded to the first person chosen in a random draw.
By entering this raffle the participant accepts the full terms, conditions and rules of this competition and agrees to abide by these rules and any requirements issued by the organisers in regard to the raffle.
Winners will be asked to make themselves available for photographs and other public relations related appearances.
Once the prizes are received by the winner they will become the responsibility of the winner and the organisers will not accept responsibility for future faults or warranty issues that may arise.
If the initial prize winners are not contactable and do not claim their prize within 90 days of the raffle there will be a redraw and the redrawn winner will be notified in writing.
The Tractor prize must be collected at St Fintans GAA Club, Wexford.
In the event that this prize is won by an overseas winner, shipping any local regulatory requirements will be the overseas winners responsibility.
The organisers reserve the right to publish the winners names on various media platforms.
A minimum threshold of 690 tickets must be met for the draw to take place
The draw will take place either on the date set ( provided threshold is met ) or when all 950 tickets are sold, whichever comes first. Should the threshold not be met by the draw date, the organiser reserve the right to extend the draw to a later date.
